Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is EUR 50 + VAT. We do not keep the goods in stock on site, but order from Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Portugal.

Does your company deliver to Riga?

Yes, we have our own courier that comes to Riga every day. For shipments within Latvia or elsewhere in Europe, we use Venipak. We invoice delivery prices separately for each order. For orders over 250 EUR, delivery is free.

What is the delivery time?

On average, it takes 2 weeks to produce an order if the goods are in European warehouses. We look at each order individually and according to the production load.

In what format should I submit the print file?

The print file should be in pdf format and preferably in paragraphs, if any. If the print file is not available, we can provide it. Hourly rate for layout 50 EUR + pvn.

Do you also design the promotional materials?

Yes. Design service rate: 30 EUR + VAT/hour.

* Layout and design prices depend on the materials and volumes submitted.

* We offer 2-3 concepts, sketches for any design.

All design work has a deadline of 1-4 weeks.

Does your company offer other services?

Yes, we are a creative printing house. Digital Mouse offers graphic design with a full range of printing services.
